Terri Liddell’s distinguished real estate journey began over 21 years ago when she and her husband Jeff, a national masters road cycling champion, owned and successfully operated three major residential complexes. These included the boutique holiday destination Alexandra on the Pacific in Mooloolaba, the renowned Grand Pacific Resort and Conference Centre in Caloundra comprising 113 holiday apartments and a large-scale conference facility, and the sought-after Arbour on Grey – a 170-apartment permanent complex in Brisbane’s thriving Southbank CBD.

 

Terri and Jeff went on to sell these highly profitable management rights and caretaker residential businesses, allowing them to embrace the very lifestyle they had helped others discover, one of luxury, convenience, and absolute waterfront living. Today, they reside in Riva on Duporth, a prestigious riverfront residence in Maroochydore, after many years enjoying the sub-penthouse at Waves Duporth Avenue Maroochydore, another iconic Sunshine Coast building.
